Workshops and Registration
For your convenience, there are two ways to register for our workshops. Please choose the method most convenient for you:

- Paper

- Download
form, complete
and mail it along with payment
The
paper registration application is available for
download in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order
to view and print these files, you will need the Adobe® Reader® which
is available free from the Adobe
Web site.

| Additional workshops may be posted throughout the year Workshops are subject to change. Enrollment is limited, so you are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Potential walk-ins should call to check for possible schedule changes and seating availability. The registration fee includes program materials, training, refreshment break and certificate of attendance. Cancellations received prior to two business days before the workshop or conference are refundable less a $10 per person processing fee or the registration fee may be applied to another workshop held with in one year of the event. A substitution of participants attending the workshop can be made at anytime. |
