Membership Application

Annual Membership Fees:

• $95 - Organization with 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) designation
• $95 - Organization/Individual planning to apply for nonprofit status

For your convenience, there are two ways to become a member of KNPA. Please join by clicking on the method most convenient for you:

1. Online registration (submit and pay for membership online) or
2. Paper registration [ 70 KB] (download application, complete and mail it along with a check for $95)

The paper registration application is available for download in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view and print these files, you will need the Adobe® Reader® which is available free from the Adobe Web site.
