Annual Membership Fees:

• $95 - Organization with 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) designation
• $95 - Organization/Individual planning to apply for nonprofit status

For your convenience, there are two ways to become a member. Please join by clicking on the method most convenient for you:

1. Online registration (Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska)(submit and pay for membership online) or
2. Kansas Paper registration [ 70 KB] (download application, complete and mail it along with a check for $95)
3. Iowa Paper registration [ 70 KB] (download application, complete and mail it along with a check for $95)
4. Missouri Paper registration [ 70 KB] (download application, complete and mail it along with a check for $95)
5. Nebraska Paper registration [ 70 KB] (download application, complete and mail it along with a check for $95)
